Subscription FAQ's
An ODP Business Product Subscription allows you to schedule and control automatic deliveries of your favorite products, so you never run out.
How do I create a Subscription?
Once you've selected a product, click "Subscription Delivery," choose your frequency and item quantity, and then click "Subscribe Now."
How often are items sent to me?
You can schedule for items to be delivered weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks, monthly, every other month, quarterly, or bi-annually.
Can I change or cancel my Subscription once I start?
Yes, it's easy to change or cancel your Subscription. All you have to do is sign in to your ODP Business account and open Subscription Manager. Here you can change the frequency, item quantity, skip a delivery, or cancel your Subscription. You can also update your payment information.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order has shipped. For your first Subscription order, the price will be confirmed when you sign up. For all future recurring orders, we will confirm the price of your Subscription item via email prior to shipment.
Why did the price of my Subscription change?
The total price of each subscription order may vary, as retail prices may change. For your first Subscription order, the price will be confirmed when you sign up. For all future recurring orders, we will confirm the price of your Subscription item via email prior to shipment.
Can I return items from my Subscription?
Returns will be treated like any other officedepot.com return. You can return the item to your local store, or mail it back using a free, prepaid return-shipping label.
How do online promo items and discounts work with my Subscription?
Online promo codes must be applied at checkout and may be used for your initial ODP Business Subscription order only.
