Description

    Designed for use with a variety of different materials and applications, the Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water-Based Primer is a primer, sealer, stain blocker and bond coat all in 1. The styrenated acrylic sealer can dry in only 30 minutes and helps prevent the buildup of mold and mildew.

    • Designed to prevent peeling and blistering and fight mold and mildew in damp, humid areas. Also resists high pH surfaces (up to 12.6) and can be used to seal most porous surfaces.
    • Provides a dependable, rust-inhibitive coating on piping, steel frames, iron railings and more. Can stick to surfaces without sanding.
    • High-hide, water-based, styrenated acrylic formula is breathable, dries to the touch in 30 minutes and can be recoated in only 1 hour.
